Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Pomodoro Flow mobile application (the "App") developed by Vatos Studio.

1. License to Use
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or distribute the App's source code.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Vatos Studio expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, will be compatible with other software, applications, systems, or services, will operate without interruption, will meet any performance or reliability standards, or will be error-free.
3. Limitation of Liability
The App is a time management tool. In no event shall Vatos Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of productivity, timekeeping errors, data loss, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
4. Privacy

5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
6. App Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or parts thereof without prior notice. We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the App, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates").
